  We moved to this hotel for our last 2 night as the one we originally stayed at was unbearable! Zoraida on reception reserved us a room the night before and even have us a discounted price. We paid £142 all inclusive for 2 nights and it was well worth it! The entire staff were friendly and helpful including reception, bar, kitchen, cleaners and entertainer Miguel. The grounds are lovely with amazing views and the rooms very spacious and spotless! Beds were comfy, our balcony was huge with a view of the pool area (3 swimming pools!). The best Pina Coladas we had and plenty of choice in the restaurant. I would stay here again for sure. Myself and mum walked in to Las Americas which took around 25 minutes. (Some people say its to far out but we liked the location just away from the madness). If you prefer a short taxi rides cost less than 5 euros. We cant thank the Granada Park enough for making room for us last minute and rescuing us form our holiday from hell! Do not listen to the negative reviews, this place is excellent value for money. I plan to stay there on my next visit.

  The food was good here, with plenty of options. Entertainment was sometimes lacking but the overall hotel and staff make this a good place to stay.

  Brilliant holiday late flight so fridge had food ready for you brilliant bar staff yoli Oliver manseaur and the rest Antonio the manager was fab to get on with!!! The reception crew were very helpful with booking taxis information etc!!! I was a bit quiet for the first two days then rod the animation team turned up we absolutely had a ball would go back no problem xx

  Rooms are good enough but all inclusive is REALLY bad. Food doesn't taste at all and if you happen to come to the hotell after 4pm you dont get anything to eat for couple of hours and if you want something to eat you need to take a taxi to the city wich is 3km away from the hotell. The kitchens in the rooms are great but there isn't a close shop/market to buy any ingredients. Not very good choise for a hotel.

  Pleasantly surprised. This was the best hotel with the best food and drinks all inclusive package I have ever experienced. It was clean, towels changed every 2 days but we didn't expect that. I have never seen such a wide choice of food. Fresh meat and fish cooked in the restaurant in front of you. 20 minute walk from the town and sea or 5 minutes by taxi. It is up hill. Don't moan about it. Get some exercise. Taxi cost €3-4 and split between 4 it's nothing. Bloody brilliant and we will be going back. The staff were all kind and helpful. We met our friends who all arrived on different days and all 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed every minute. 3 pools all in the sun nearly all day until 6. No fighting for sunbeds as there were stacks of them. It was November into December so not packed. The weather was hot 6 out of 7 days. I can't wait to take more friends with us. Don't pay for a transfer. Get a taxi outside the airport. It's cheaper
