  Just came back from a weeks holiday at this hotel, we went for my neices 21st birthday so there was about 20 of us, 3 of them being young children, first impressions was nice and then we all got our keys to our rooms, omg! What a let down, very dated, stains all over the walls, rotted bathroom door, mouldy door curtain and a funny smell. We went to check on our other party's rooms (all on different floors) and pretty much all the same. We decided to try and make the best of it as this was a last minute holiday and not our main one, 2 days into our holiday my daughters room became infested with ants, reception gave her some spray and said that should get rid of them, discusted! She asked to change rooms but was told there was none available. Oh, and make sure you wear long trousers for dinner or you will be refused, I was told that I would have to eat my dinner in my room if I wasn't prepared to wear trousers, but the sign clearly states that they only ask you it is not compulsory, As for being a 4 star hotel more like a 2 going on 3, I have stopped in many hotels all 4 stars and this is by far the worst, to sum up, If you like cold food, rude reception staff, poor rooms and like living on a building site for the duration of you holiday then this is the place for you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

  Room outdated and shabby. One of the pools was freezing. Food good. Staff lovely.

  Fantastic hotels beaches weather beautiful all year round .Great food &bars great for family's. Fantastic holidays.Didnt want to leave to go home.

  Clean food and staff good, pool area lovely, staff generally friendly, some rooms are in need of a makeover with very dated furniture, while there is a lot of renovation, going on newly refurbished rooms are nice.

  Clean and tidy, but average food, no atmosphere in the bar, etc. Ok if you plan on going out a lot.
