  Hotel was lovely... exactly what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were lovely.

  Perfect position, the rooms are starting to need attention, we moved rooms(at extra cost) We had pool view but the hard rock cafe like their music loud! No coffee/tea in the rooms, no direct check on on return to airport. Staff fantastic really clean we would return but only with a sea view room

  Breakfast buffet was amazing! Literally had everything including a chocolate fountain and sparkling wine!

  All in all, our stay wasn't too bad. The hotel provides lots of complimentary services but surprisingly charges for others. It looks great albeit a bit dated. The best part of all is the breakfast which is one of the richest I've seen so far. Nice size pool with access to the next door hotel's larger pool.

  Good hotel. Customer service very good, my Husband's birthday and cake, candle and balloon on room door given, lovely touch. Disappointed with breakfast, although wonderful selection, plates cold and food also cold. Found the piano playing every morning a little over the top. Booked a superior room with plunge pool which sadly we did not use as our room did not get any sun all day and the water was very cold!! Did ask for change of room but was informed that all other rooms of this type were booked.

  Only a few negatives: you had to pay extra to use the gym and sauna. And there is no Jacuzzi or warm outdoor pool (you have to pay to go into the spa).
