  I stayed here with family for 10 days. The rooms were lovely and had air conditioning upstairs and downstairs and it was very clean. The three pools were great but the biggest one was filled with floaties after lunchtime so it was a bit difficult trying to find a spot where you weren't being attacked by inflatables. The location wasn't too great as we were in the middle of nowhere but there was a promenade near to where we stayed last year so we took a taxi down to walk by the sea a few nights. There was a shop on site which was helpful but it closed and opened at odd times. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. The people at Reception were very welcoming and enthusiastic. It's a bit of a struggle as there is no ramp to take your suitcases down so you have to drag your suitcases down or up the stairs. There was 2 bars and one was quieter than the other as one was nearer the entertainment that lasted until 11:30 which was extremely loud for people staying nearby the biggest pool. We enjoyed this holiday but we wouldn't come back.

  Great food, good accommodation and brilliant service from all the staff members. My only gripes were the equipment keeping the food hot at the buffet didn't keep the food hot enough so by the time I got to my table my meal was actually cold .... EVERY meal.

  We booked this through a travel agent (Thompson) for a great price and we were not disappointed. The hotel is outstanding for the cost, from the room to the pool to the rest of the buildings. The staff are all absolutely superb, welcoming and friendly. Our room was excellently furnished and spotless on arrival. Don't let the location cool you, it's a 5 euro taxi journey or 15-20 minute walk at most.

  The location is OK. It's a fair walk into town but there's a free bus and a taxi rank a short walk down the hill. Has secure underground parking for €3 per day. You get a card at reception for it and pay at the end. The rooms are great. We stayed self catered which has a decent kitchen and lounge upstairs with a balcony. Downstairs has a good sized bathroom and double bedroom. There's a verranda out the back with a double lounger. The staff are exceptional. Very friendly, the best part of the hotel. The only complaint I'd have is the usual problem with other guests reserving sun loungers by the pool. There are signs saying not to do this, but it's obviously not easy to police. As I write this there are 6 people in the pool and probably 40+ toweled sun loungers. Overall very clean, pleasant, and sunny!

  Lovely hotel, atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Got a free upgraded room which was amazing. Staff have been friendly and welcoming since we arrived, Pepe on the front desk was brilliant. Buffet kept well stocked throughout the day. Pools are nice and clean, loads of loungers. First visit here and would definitely come again without a doubt. 10/10!

  The location might not suit everyone as it was quite high up and was a good 20- 25 minute walk into town so a taxi was needed to return as it's uphill all the way.
