  Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had basic room, was clean. Bed not the comfiest but slept well nonetheless. Had loads of choice for breakfast but found 'hot food ' not so hot, wasn't that impressed but there is plenty to choose from, doubt one would go hungry. I would definitely stay here again despite the cold baked beans!!

  Quiet, smart, clean, fabulous staff, especially Claudia in the restaurant. We will be returning next Xmas. Rooms are a little tired and dated, but still comfortable. According to staff it is scheduled an upgrade in 2019.

  This hotel is a large complex of about 525 rooms. Service was very good and amenities are numerous. Undoubtedly when this hotel was first built, it would have been impressive. I rated it a 4-star as it is getting older and little details such as room furnishings, cracking parging on balconies, etc. are in need of a repair/replacement program. Location is very good in front of the beach and on the Golden Mile of shopping and restaurants. One surprise was that one could here our neighbour, even though the walls are concrete. I would consider other hotels if I were to come back but would not rule out staying here again, if that was deemed the best option.

  Lovely family place to visit. Very family orientated. Activities all day and night. Great choice of food and located right on the beach. Only downfall is bedroom could be bigger and very few sockets to charge phones/iPads/watch (only one in bedroom).

  Just arrived yesterday staff at reception extremely nice. Unfortunately our room was smelly and definately in need of a make over. Cleaning lady arrived with very over powering disinfectant but i think it has done the trick or our noses have just got used to the smell. Going for breakfast now hope my reviews on it will be good.
