  Last day of a week holiday here. Weather been hot at times but chilly and overcast also. Hotel spotless and cleaners are always out. Rooms lovely, spacious and well fitted out. Due to time of year it's quite quiet but I would imagine it's great fun in height of summer. The pools are lovely and one is heated, food good although there is too many fish dishes on the menu. Could always find something that we liked though. Check in was quick and efficient. The animation team work tirelessly and are great fun if you wanted to join in or just lay back and watch. The only negatives is some ( by no way all) could be happier, some are not particularly friendly. Good hotel and lovely holiday though

  Well maintained hotel recently refurbished throughout, advised this hotels first time at inclusive catering. Outside stands serving cold drinks and ices for kids pleasure. Outside areas where great good sized swimming pools which where kept clean and water tested. They were monitored by lifeguards which was a welcome sight. Kitchen is brand new, downside food was well presented but cold. Understanding hot climate warm food but cold is cold. Bit more variety could be a good thing as within a couple of days we where eating same things again. Rooms where of a good size with small kitchen adjacent to living room. Well maintained throughout and tied ed every day by staff. Small shop attached to hotel so fresh bottled water always available and other provisions. Supermarket in near town is about 10-15min walk. At night kid disco and other shows are available it kept the kids entertained and bar available for adults. Hopefully there first attempt will have been a good test and others will benifit. Would go again

  All inclusive 1 week stay with kids. Decent food. Spacious and clean family apartament. No morning fights 4 sunbeds at the pools. The pools not large so is the hotel. Surrounding not very pleasant except the view to the golf site. Siam Park inclusive does make a difference. 20 minutes/6 EUR taxi to the beach. Some may complain about a bit remote location but I liked it as had no problem to park my rented car.

  My stay at villa man day was ok there is problems with undercooked food but that's due to the chef's lack of knowledge it's clean and tidy cleaned every day except for Sundays clean towels and bedding I think there is a ant problem around all the hotels within the golf course it is lovely peaceful and quiet 25 minute walk to Los Cristianos and about 30 minutes walk to Las Americas me and my wife walk from Villa Mandi to Los Cristianos las Americas and back to Villa Mandi in an hour and 40 minutes very nice work the hotel itself is quite big staff are friendly and polite and always happy to help it is a shame this hotel has gone to all inclusive but apart from the food the hotel and staff are brilliant wouldn't give it a four star is more like a three star advertise itself as a 5 star the only benefit is it comes with the water park which is awesome stadia over Christmas for 2 weeks
