  This hotel needs its stars reviewed, it is definitely not 5* . not only are the rooms disgraceful the service is very poor. Complain and they tell you its an old hotel.. we had a television at least 15yrs old the bath was disgusting fixed using silicone which was dirty.. very big cracks in the ceiling above the bed.. stopped in lots of hotels in teneriffe 5* and this is no more than a 3*

  Like it lots great pool and reception area, had a pool view which was good, rooms are functional but are getting a bit dated. Can't complain cleaned every day and the staff where excellent, no problem getting a sun bed even when we came down at twelve. Enjoyed the stay lots.

  No bother getting sun beds and brollies. All staff are very polite and helpful.

  Location is incredible. Excellent overall service, friendly staff, great breakfasts, cleanliness. Nice pool, beach and other facilities just a few steps away.

  Food is 1st class..Just booked bed and breakfast but range of food on offer is excellent.

  Lovely open bright hotel..very good location for gping put and eating places.The bedrooms could be bigger and have a proper fridge.The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day.
