  Despite others saying the foods not up to scratch, I would disagree. Probably not enough burger and chips for the tourists, but every night was fish, chicken, pork and beef, plus plenty of salad choices. The food was probably one of its finer things.

  Just spent 3 nights in this so called hotel. Never again. It’s like living in cell Block H. Food was cold and very disappointing, rooms are like prison cells, the bed was wicker effect with what I can only describe as a 2 inch thick mattress and you can feel the springs when lying on it. The view onto a stone wall was really well thought out. For the money I paid it is very poor. They don’t have air conditioning either.

  If I could give this "hotel" and I use that description lightly, no stars, then I would. we booked a week here in the beginning of October 17. I wasn't expecting a palace as it is a reasonable price, however, there is no excuse for dirt! I wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, we were given our first room on the reception level, when entering it smelt damp, when opening the balcony door we were faced with a cage full of rubbish. The room was changed to another, not much better. I dropped fries on the floor on the first night and they were still there when we left 7 days later, the room was never cleaned and the beds were changed just once in the 7 days and that was the night before we left! The room was dark and no air conditioning, the fridge was rusty inside and flooded the room the first night, all in all it was the worst room i have ever stepped foot in. we were all inclusive and I didn't eat one meal "there is a reason the lighting is dull....... it's so you cant see the horrendous food and dirt, none of the servers wore gloves as they picked up the food to put on trays or plates, disgusting. The butter was in a large basket and never changed so melted and re cooled daily, i had it on toast and was nearly sick as it had gone off (this was the one and only time i tried to eat anything) I know that it is a cheap hotel but there are no excuses for the dirt and lack of cleaning. The hotel should be gutted and the staff trained in health and safety and hygiene!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.........EVER

  Room was never cleaned, had to either ask for towels or dry the ones we had used. Food was bland and just about edible. Room cards would work or not work when they chose and our door had evidence of previously been kicked in! Oh yea...and the giant cockroach was a pleasent suprise!! Happy to leave and come home.

  DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT IS ADVERTISED IT'S RUBBISH. In fact beyond rubbish. The food is so bad that my partner and I discussed eating elsewhere, which we eventually did, but this we only decoded after we found a cockroach in our room. Ok it's a bit country we argued but in the early hours of this morning found a second one. The staff clearly know there is a problem as they had spray killer behind the reception desk. Their attitude was less than helpful and we could not spray the room ad we would have to leave it due to the toxins. However, we will be moving hotel in today so that the remainder of our holiday is not ruined.

  What you'd expect from a 3* hotel to be honest. A little outdated and full of scousers ranting and raving.

  The pools were freezing but we did go in December so to be expected I suppose.
