  We had a very relaxing 4 night stay here in early October. Had a standard room which did not include air conditioning. The nights are still quite warm at this time of year so I should imagine some people could find it uncomfortable, however we found it ok and resisted the temptation to request an upgrade which would have cost 20 to 30 euros per night depending on the type of room.

  The staff is horrendous, probably was hired off the street. The hotel reception manager "Esther" is the most unprofessional lying manager I've ever seen. The hotel receptionist "Jose musica" was being physically abusive with me. The hotel guest experience manager was a joke. Overly I would avoid this hotel but do go if you don't care about professionalism.

  One thing I was averse to were the constant poolside activities be it exercise, fashion shows etc. I go on holiday to relax not to be constantly cajoled into some form of activity. Also the pool is too small and the area around the pool far too congested. The evening entertainment was excellent although it didn't seem to go on for long enough. In conclusion I'd say the Tryp is an excellently situated hotel with many restaurants nearby and the seafront very close. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

  Just here for a night as we had a flight cancellation, so take what you will. It's clean, the rooms themselves are small but nice enough except for the noise. The patio doors let a lot through and you can hear cars, people on nearby balconies etc.. The walls are also thin and let a lot through and from the corridor as well. The beds alright. Balcony of smaller rooms are about 7 foot by 4. There are bigger ones below us on the first floor. The food is decent, they cook meats at hot stations to how you like whilst you wait. There was kids entertainment in the foyer till late on (we got back just before 11pm.) Canny view though!

  The dining experience was very nice with a nice variety of foods loosely themed according to the day. Asian night was very good.

  Beautiful location. Lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. All toiletries provided. Short walk to the beach, and some lovely restaurants. Shop downstairs, gym and games room. We've been coming here for 10yrs, and it just keeps getting better!

  Rooms are basic but clean, food is nice all inclusive good choice no cider included! But otherwise a good hotel for the money.
