  Typical Spanish beach resort. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Good beach and facilities. Very busy place with loads of enormous hotels and apartment complexes, probably not for those who enjoy a more peaceful holiday but has everything for families. Only 20mins or so from the airport.

  It's nice for surfing and walking your dog. It's not very clean. Wouldn't recommend for swimming and lounging.

  Great place for adults. Not the best for kids unless your complex has entertainment. At night it's noisy and rowdy with drunks and people on other stuff. The lucky lucky men and women are everywhere and you find it hard to walk a few feet without being harassed for hair braiding, sunglasses, bags, rugs or watches. We ( myself and partner) were even offered cocaine and cannabis by the male lucky lucky men. Which we respectfully declined but that's what to expect. The bars are plentiful and there's football on in most of them (ugh!) The local restaurants are nice but there's someone stood outside each one trying to get you to go in, so between the constant harassment from the lucky lucky's and the restaurant staff, it's a pretty hectic affair! But if you make it through alive... The beaches are amazing and Siam park is a must! There are loads of shops and malls and the hard rock cafe is worth every penny. The sunsets are spectacular and the locals are friendly. I'll probably come back next year but not with the kids as I found protaras in Cyprus much better for the family.

  Who doesn't love the sun all year round ? Come here twice a year and it's the locals that make us happy. Stunning surroundings, fantastic food. Nite life you can only love. Come and try it !!!

  They call it the Strip for a reason. Busy streets with designer shops, small supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Clean. 2 Small beach areas - basically first come first served otherwise rocky, watched surfers climb their way down to the sea. Nice path walkway along sea front with restaurants on the way. Would not choose this part of the island to stay if I went again though.
